Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd share with you the story behind one of the recently added items to my on-line shop - The butterfly hanging with detachable butterflies:
I was approached by a lovely couple who wanted it as a welcome home from the hospital present for their new grandchildren - triplet girls who were born prematurely, kept from drying out and kept warm whilst in the hospital incubators with the help of bubblewrap! (I knew it was a useful material, but I hadn't thought of that!)
As a reminder of the thing that kept them alive in their early days, what better gift than a keepsake made from bubblewrap! And as an added bonus the 3 butterflies can be detached so when the girls are older they can each have one the wear as a pendant or clip onto whatever they want.
What a wonderful, personal gift - I love it!
Thank you so much to that family for including me in their story, I wish you much happiness for the future.
